Affinity Mediators takes an initial retainer of $5000 (split between the parties). Any unused hours will be refunded, and any additional hours will be billed as required.
Please note that:
1. Intake fees are per person.
2. Session fees and writing fees are split equally between the parties.
3. There is a one-time charge for DivorceMate Software and support, also split equally between the parties.
4. Retainer and fees are payable no later than two business days before a session.
5. You may opt for a payment plan in installment.
Intake Fees – $200/ hr per client
Session Fees – $300/ hr
Writing Fees – $300/hr
DivorceMate Fee – $200
